Standard Service

This is the most common service. I come into your home on a monthly basis (or as often as you want) for a day 5 hrs to 8 hrs) and I cook five main meals for a family of 2 or 4. This means that you would eat the same meal for lunch and dinner once a week for a month. I cook up to a maximum of 80 servings for the month. For this service, you need a deep freeze to store your meals. For larger families of more than four persons, there would be an additional cost which would be negotiated at the initial consultation.

Cost: $150.00 (includes cooking and cleaning). Client chooses their recipes, does their own shopping and packaging of food (basic Tupperware containers and labels required). This works out to be $30.00 a meal

Premium Service

Same service as above except I shop, cook, store and label your food. The client chooses their recipes. Cost: $300.00.

NOTE: If you prefer I choose the recipes, there will be a $15.00 charge.
